November. What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear that? Thanksgiving? Turkey dinners? A time to reflect and give thanks? Are there some things for which you’re thankful this year? Maybe this has been a year when you’re overflowing with thanks. Maybe that’s not the case for you. Sometimes we really search hard and long trying to find any good in difficult situations we encounter. If this has been a positive year for you, we’re grateful for that. If it’s been one of those tough years, we hope there has been help and support for you, and it is our wish that your next season and year will be better.
In November, or any month, here’s something we reflect on at Avenue Women’s Center: To find yourself—or someone you care about—facing an unplanned pregnancy ranks near the top of the list of not-good experiences. If this is your circumstance at this time, we want you to know Avenue Women’s Center is a resource of help and support for you. We hope you will contact us today for the assistance so important to you now. Among our services, we offer free medical-grade pregnancy tests, confidential pregnancy consultations, and information on abortion. We will meet you with the nonjudgmental respect and care that are essential at this time. All our services are completely confidential. As a non-profit limited women’s clinic, we are able to provide many service free of charge.
