Our answering service takes messages for us after hours. What does Avenue Women’s Center offer?
Avenue Women’s Center offers free pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, and information on a woman’s next steps. We are the first step for anyone who is looking for a free pregnancy test in Bolingbrook, including women who have done a home test but want the result confirmed at a clinic, and women who haven’t done a test at all.
Where can I get my pregnancy test?
Bolingbrook residents have two convenient options for visiting Avenue Women’s Center. Our Naperville location is on Route 59 just south of 83rd Street/Montgomery Road. This location is available for appointments or walk-ins between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday (though we do recommend calling ahead as our hours occasionally vary). Another option is our Glen Ellyn / Lombard office which is located about 15 minutes north of Bolingbrook, near I-355 and Roosevelt Rd. The Glen Ellyn / Lombard office offers appointments on Saturday mornings between 8am and 12pm, in addition to regular weekday hours.
Who visits Avenue Women’s Center?
We serve anyone who would like to receive our help!
- Our clients are single, married, living together, divorced, widowed, “it’s complicated,” and all kinds of other.
- Most of our clients are between ages 15 and 40, but we welcome women of any age without judgment.
- Most of our clients are native English speakers. We do have Spanish-speaking staff, and are happy to schedule appointments in Spanish as needed. We have served many new Americans and members of the international community who are in the Chicagoland area for work or school.
