It may be cold and gloomy, but anyone who is worried about being pregnant will find a warm welcome at Avenue Women’s Center. These are some of our favorite notes from women who visited Avenue Women’s Center in January!
“Lisa made me feel comfortable enough to open up with her and didn’t pressure me. I didn’t feel judged. She was understanding, warm, and welcoming! She went out of her way to follow up with me. The place itself is very clean, neat, and comfortable. I’ve been to two other facilities like CareNet, but CareNet is by far the best! THANK YOU!”
“Everything! The climate was so peaceful, comfortable, non-judgmental and made me feel very safe and comfortable. The ultrasound was fantastic, since I haven’t found a doctor who will take me, I was beginning to experience severe anxiety. What a relief to get an ultrasound and so quickly—I called yesterday. The resources given to me at the end of the appointment were amazing. I hadn’t heard of any and I definitely need ALL OF THEM!! THANKS!”
“My peer counselor was wonderful and lifted my spirits. I was very sad and emotionally devastated when I came in and couldn’t stop crying. She made me feel better. I was feeling down and heart broken about my situation. I would like to thank everyone and especially Nikki for everything she has done for me.”
“That I was able to get in so quickly, after initial phone consultation, and I was given additional information and resources that I wasn’t aware of. The staff is extremely compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental.”
“Betsy was so nice and caring. She gave me some very helpful information. I would love to keep in touch with her.”
“Very helpful, supportive, sweet people. I really couldn’t thank them enough. So comforting. Thank you.”
“I felt very comfortable and unjudged. I was given a lot of knowledge. Thank you.”
