Any woman of any age has what it takes to reach a pregnancy decision she feels at peace with, both now and later. Finding Support at Avenue Women’s Center
It’s common to feel isolated and in need of support, but scared to reach out for help. This can cause someone facing a situation like yours to feel trapped. It doesn’t have to be that way. Finding real support may be much less intimidating than you think. Avenue Women’s Center is fully committed to meeting every person who contacts us with the highest standards of empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality. We provide the following services, all at no cost:
- Medical-grade pregnancy tests. To confirm home pregnancy test results.
- Options consultations. To go over the processes and risks involved with pregnancy options (abortion, adoption, & parenting), and to talk about your available resources.
- Limited medical ultrasounds. To 1) locate the pregnancy (and determine your next medical steps), 2) confirm the gestational age of the pregnancy (and narrow down which options you qualify for), and 3) assess your chances of miscarriage.
- Ongoing follow-up and emotional support. For individuals who’d like to continue communicating with us.
